Executive Summary:

A resolution to recognize National 4-H Week, October 6-12, 2019. The 4-H Youth Development Program is administered by a joint partnership of the County of Sonoma, University of California, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The 4-H program is deserving of recognition for its hundred-year effort to help youth reach their full potential.
