2019-0698 43.Regular Calendar ItemFISCAL YEAR 2019-20 BUDGET HEARINGS: The Board of Supervisors/Directors/ Commissioners/Directors of the Sonoma Valley County Sanitation District of the County of Sonoma will consider the Recommended Budget for the 2019-20 Fiscal Year and Resolutions adopting the Budget (unless hearing is continued to the following day). Adoption of Fiscal Year 2019-20 Budget Resolutions (Budget Hearings Binder Tab 25, Exhibits A-C), Annual Capital Projects (Tab 19), New and Revised Financial Policies (Tab 20), Supplemental Budget Adjustments (Tab 22), and Over 12 Month Vacancy Sweep (Tab 23) A) Adopt a Concurrent Resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Budget and Position Allocation and final Board direction for all entities governed by the Board of Supervisors/Directors/Commissioners. B) Adopt a Resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Budget for the Sonoma Valley County Sanitation District. C) Adopt the FY 2019-20 Annual Capital Projects List. D) Adopt financial policies as presented in Tab 20. E) Adopt supplemental budget adjustments in Tab 22. F) Adopt over 12-month vacancy sweep in Tab 23. G) Authorize Departments, in coordination with and oversight by the Human Resources Department, to administer layoff proceedings in accordance with Civil Service Rule 11: Layoffs.
