The appointments of Elias Zegarra and Lori Duckworth by District 5 will fill vacancies since May 2022 of outgoing Director Richard Hughes and since June 2022 of outgoing Director Ann Cassidy. The usual term for members on the board is four years. These appointments are for the remainder of the outgoing Director’s terms which would have ended December 4, 2024.
