Executive Summary:
Action on CMO19-0009 was continued from the March 16, 2021 Board agenda. After the continuance, the Pool Creek Homeowners Association HOA withdrew its application. That application had sought County permission to modify certain provisions of the Pool Creek Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions to add use restrictions, and modify insurance requirements for the Pool Creek CC&Rs, involving eight parcels created by the Pool Creek Subdivision (Bk. 342, pgs. 1-7) (County File No. CMO19-0009). The Board’s permission is not required for the withdrawal of this application, and no reason or basis for the withdrawal is required. The withdrawal has been accepted and processed by Permit Sonoma.
