Executive Summary:
West County Community Services serves as the sponsor for Penny Rivas and her Thanksgiving Day dinner for 300+ people at the Guerneville Veterans Building. Penny and her crew are all volunteers and West County Community Services provides a certificate of insurance on their behalf.
Discussion:
This event provides a holiday meal to hundreds of those greatly in need in the community. It is often the only hot meal available to them on Thanksgiving.
