Executive Summary:
The Department of Health Services Behavioral Health Division will provide information regarding its commitment to participate in a developing Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART) workgroup that will address the recent deaths on the rail system. We will outline general recommendations regarding a community approach that can provide effective and appropriate responses to behavioral health needs associated with this issue.
