Executive Summary:
The Petaluma Emergency Communication Radio Training is sponsored by non-profit WiConduit. This training aims to educate community members on using two-way radios for emergency communications when all else fails. Each participating household will receive a free programmed radio, and the training will cover the basics of radio use, including physical components, etiquette, emergency communication, licensing, and community organization.
