Executive Summary:
Redwood Empire Service Area, Golden Gate Area Council, Scouting America has requested a fee waiver in the amount of $427 for the use of the Santa Rosa Veterans' Memorial Dining Room for the organizations' annual Service Area Recognition Dinner on May 9, 2026 which honors adult volunteers, Scouters, and young men and women volunteering on camp staff. The dinner program now also recognizes the current year's young women and young men Eagle Scouts. The fee consists of use of dining hall for seven hours at $61 per hour, total of $427. (Third District)
