Potential initiation of litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(4). 1 case (Kincade Fire Claim).
B) The Board of Supervisors, the Board of Directors of the Sonoma County Water Agency and the Board of Directors of the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District will consider the following in closed session: Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - In re PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California, San Francisco Division, Case No. 19-30088(DM) Chapter 11. (Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1).
