The Board of Supervisors, the Board of Directors of the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District, and the Board of Directors of the Sonoma County Water Agency will consider the following in closed session: Conference with Real Property Negotiator - Syar Industries Real Property Holdings along Eastside Road and in Alexander Valley, together comprising approximately 71 parcels; Agency negotiators: For County of Sonoma - Bert Whitaker, Regional Parks Director Tennis Wick, Permit Sonoma Director; For Ag + Open Space - Misti Arias, General Manager; For Sonoma County Water Agency - Grant Davis, General Manager; Negotiating parties: For Seller (Syar Industries) - Paul Aherne, Attorney; Under Negotiation: Terms and conditions of a potential acquisition of fee interest by County of Sonoma, Sonoma County Ag + Open Space, and Sonoma Water for various public purposes (Government Code Section 54956.8.)
