Agency negotiators: Johannes Hoevertsz, Director of Sonoma County Public Infrastructure, and Warren Sattler, Real Estate Manager. Negotiating parties: County of Sonoma and NGCRE Investment V, LLC. Under negotiation: Price, terms and conditions of a proposed acquisition. (Government Code Section 54956.8.)
