Agency negotiator: Johannes Hoevertsz, Director of Sonoma County Public Infrastructure. Negotiating parties: County of Sonoma and Republic Services of Sonoma County. Under Negotiation: Price, terms and conditions of a possible amendment to the Master Operations Agreement for the Central Landfill. (Government Code Section 54956.8.)
