i) Walter F Kieser from the Geyserville Planning Committee seat to the At-Large seat to serve the remainder of their term through December 31, 2024. (Fourth District)
ii) Adriane Garayalde from the Alternate seat to the At-Large seat to serve the remainder of their term December 31, 2024. (Fourth District)
iii) Sarah C Hafner from the At-Large seat to the Alexander Valley Association seat to serve the remainder of their term through December 31, 2024. (Fourth District)
iv) Gretchen Crebs from the Geyserville Community Foundation seat to the Geyserville Chamber of Commerce seat to serve the remainder of their term through December 31, 2024. (Fourth District)
B) Approve the following appointments to the Geyserville - Alexander Valley Municipal Advisory Council for a term of three years to begin April 30, 2024, and end April 29, 2027:
i) Brian Petrie to serve in the Geyserville Odd Fellows seat. (Fourth District)

The Geyserville - Alexander Valley Municipal Advisory Council updated its bylaws to incorporate Alexander Valley into its name and membership, increase the members from seven to nine, increase the appointment terms to three years, and update the attendance policy. The Municipal Advisory Council voted during its December 20, 2023, meeting, to bring the amended bylaws before the Board of Supervisors for approval. The Board of Supervisors approved the amended bylaws at its April 16, 2024, meeting.
